SD Soccer Training Programs

1allianzarena6kg

At SD Soccer three different programs allow for specific focus on every aspect of the game.
We encourage group sessions for the players so that they still receive the individual attention of a private session, but are also able to compete and showcase their skills against live opponents. With this set up players are encouraged to be creative and see what techniques actually work. This method also breeds confidence as each player becomes more comfortable and familiar with the ball.

Player Information

The Trainers at SD Soccer choose to work with a player who is prepared and ready to train at the highest level. Players must always have cleats, runners (running shoes), shin guards, proper soccer attire and of course water. Other optional things that are appropriate to bring include: Warm up’s for cold weather, ball and small snack. Players should arrive early so that they are warmed up and sessions stay on time.

Parent Information

SD Soccer also holds a high expectation for parents at trainings.
Parents must not disturb or confuse players during sessions by coaching and giving tips from outside. You are always welcome to give your pointers after the session should you feel that the SD Soccer trainer did not hit the point. We do not, however, want to discourage parents from watching sessions. It is important that parents understand the activities and techniques that we demonstrate in the session so that they may be able to do them at home.
Always feel free to ask any questions about the activities SD Soccer Academy does.
